Planning and Consolidation records data audit information on who changed transactional data in the application. Since a data audit can only be captured for an application, this report is only applicable at the application-level.
A report shows who changed the data, what time they made the change, how they made the change (for example, through logic or Interface for Excel), and the details of the record that was changed.
The Value field shows you what SIGNEDDATA was changed to, as a result of the change. That is, it shows you the new value (not the original nor the delta value posted to the database).
To view a data audit report, choose Launch Planning and Consolidation System Reports from a Getting Started Options action pane, click Data Audit Report from the Application Reports section of the action pane, and set the appropriate reporting options.
