You can define a Data Manager package to calculate consolidation using the process chain /CPMB/Legal_Consolidation. The logic is defined in the file consolidation.lgf. The setup is defined in automatic adjustments for legal consolidation.

Activities

  1. Create a Data Manager package by using the corresponding process chains (see Package Usage).

  2. Run the Data Manager package as follows:

    1. Log on to the Planning and Consolidation Office module.

    2. On the action pane, choose   Manage data   Run a package  .

    3. Choose the package created in step 1 and choose Run.

    4. Select the dimension values.

    5. Choose one of the following options:

      • Run now

      • Schedule

      • Run now & schedule

    6. Choose Finish.

Make sure that the application is of type Consolidation.

The default package instruction uses the logic file consolidation.lgf, which you can change (see Modifying the Dynamic Script of a Package). The dynamic script parameter is similar to Run Allocation.
