The download function allows you to move files from the Data Files folder on the server to your local hard drive.

Note Note

Data files can be exported through Data Manager packages to other destination as well (see Package Usage and Running a Package).

Procedure

  1. In the action pane, select Download data file.

  2. Choose the source file from the Datafiles location on the File Service.

    Note Note

    Once you have selected the source file, you can preview it (see Previewing Data Files).

  3. Choose a destination for the file on your local machine.
