Server Folder Structure
Applies to: Planning and Consolidation connections; SAP BW (INA Provider) connections with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.1, version for SAP NetWeaver or higher.
The server folder structure is different, depending on the connection you are using.
Note When using a SAP BW (INA Provider) connection with SAP Business Planning and
Consolidation 10.1, if an environment and a model are not specified in the
connection, the Open and Save features are performed on a default environment and
they are available provided that the default environment is activated on the server
side.
Planning and Consolidation Connections
For a Planning and Consolidation connection and for each model, the Planning and Consolidation
and Consolidation server folder structures are as follows:
- Root folder
- "Books": this folder contains book publication templates.
- "Input Schedules": this folder contains input forms. Inside this folder, the folder "Templates" contains templates for input forms.
- "PDBooks": this folder contains distribution templates.
- "Reports": this folder contains reports. Inside this folder, the folder "Templates" contains templates for reports.
- "Migration Copy": this folder contains original workbooks that have been migrated (only if the Do not move original workbooks in a different folder option is selected in the migration dialog box).
Note Some folders appear only when corresponding files have been created.
