Logon and Connections

To access a specific cube or model with the EPM plug-in, you need to use a connection. A connection establishes a connection between a specific data source and a report.

The connections are managed in the Connection Manager dialog box.

You can also change the connections for a specific cube/model or a specific worksheet directly in the Connections tab of the EPM pane, either in the Display by Worksheet or in the Display by Connection tab. You can also refresh the list of available connections directly in the Connections tab of the EPM pane by using the refresh icon.
