To save an analysis viewLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You have to be connected to a business intelligence platform server.

Procedure

  1. In the worksheet, select the crosstab component that you want to save as an analysis view.
  2. Choose Save View.
    Note If you are not connected to a BI platform server, the Save Query View dialog box appears to save a query view in the BW system.
  3. Select the location to save your analysis view to.
  4. Type a filename for the analysis view and press Save.

Results

The analysis view is saved to the repository.
