Release Object OR_PAYF (Early Payoff)

Definition

An Account Management (FS-AM) release object used by the system to identify whether the editing of an early payoff by entry or processing staff is subject to release. If the editing of the early payoff is subject to release, the system generates a release object OR_PAYF as a work item that can be processed further by a supervisor or user responsible for release in the Business Workplace

Use

Customizing

You make the settings for theOR_PAYF(Early Payoff) release object and its release attributes in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Order Management → Early Payoff → Release in the following IMG activities:

Transaction BCA_OR_PAYF Pay Off Loan Early .

The system checks whether the dialog processing of the edited order is subject to release, and generates a work item for each release-relevant order. If an order is no longer subject to release after processing, the system deletes the associated work item.

Reversal reason for early payoff

Immediate execution of early payoff

Methods of the Release Object in the Business Workplace

You can process the release object OR_PAYF as a work item in the Business Workplace . The methods can affect the order status of the early payoff. For more information, see Order Status of Early Payoff .

Display

This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Activities section under Paying Off a Loan Early .

Change

This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Activities section under Paying Off a Loan Early .

The system checks the changed order, and generates a new work item if applicable and/or deletes the existing work item.
