  • Business Partner

  • Business Partner Group Hierarchy

  • Relevant for Master Contract

  • Relevant for Account Contract

Procedure

  1. In the Participation Condition: Business Partner group box, choose the business partner that is the contract holder of the allowed participant from the Business Partner Number field.

  2. Set the Business Partner Group Hierarchy indicator if you want to allow a business partner in a business partner relationship with the allowed business partner to be a contract holder of the participant.

    Note Note

    To meet the participation condition, the relationship must be the same as the relationship category of the business partner: FFS0510 Is Parent Company Of.

  3. Specify the contract specialization to which the new participation condition is to apply for participants.

    • If the participation condition is to apply for participating master contracts, set the Relevant for Master Contract indicator.

    • If the participation condition is to apply for participating account contracts, set the Relevant for Account Contract indicator.

    • If the participation condition is to apply for participating master contracts and for participating account contracts, set the Relevant for Master Contract and Relevant for Account Contract indicators.

  4. Save your entries.

Result

If you add a participant to a master contract on the Contract Relationships tab page, the system checks whether this participant fulfills all the participation conditions of the main master contract. The system does not save the contract relationship unless this is the case.
