Deleting Payment Forms
Use
You can use this function to delete a payment form from the system to make corrections. This can be necessary, for example, if you specified incorrect numbers when you created payment forms.
Prerequisites
You can delete payment forms from payment form management only if they have the
Created
status. If you have already processed the forms, it is no longer possible to delete them.
Procedure
On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose
Account Management
Account
Payment Form
Delete Payment Form
.
Enter the data required for the account identification.
Enter the
Payment Form Type
.To continue selecting, enter the
payment form number
.Select the forms to be deleted and choose
Delete Payment Form.
Result
The system has deleted the selected payment forms, and confirmed this in a message.
