Rescission
Business object for Account Management (FS-AM)
that you can use to trigger the rescission of a loan. For more information, see Loans.
If the borrower submits an inquiry about a rescission of a loan, you create a rescission quote by creating and activating an order from the category rescission. This rescission quote informs the borrower and the payment distribution system of the gross rescission amount. This comprises the following data:
Effective capital of the loan
Interest at due date
Rebate of insurance premiums
Suspense amounts (Payment Distribution Items in Postprocessing)
When the payment distribution system receives the incoming payment made by the customer, the order is notified and the money used to clear the balance of the loan early.
When you execute the rescission order, the loan account will be closed if the rescission amount is cleared and all billings and settlements are reversed.
The structure description of the rescission
function is divided into attributes, methods and customer enhancements. For more information, see Order Management.
