  Search for PLM Document via List

Use

This function is a method of the business object PLM Document. The system displays a list containing the PLM documents that correspond to your selection criteria.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites described in the PLM Document section must have been met and the listed settings made.

Activities

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Account Management Next navigation step Posting Lock Management Next navigation step PLM Document Next navigation step Display Next navigation step Search for PLM Document via List End of the navigation path.

  2. Enter your selection criteria.

    Note Note

    You can combine the selection criteria in the upper screen area with those on exactly one of the tab pages in the lower screen area.

    You cannot combine selection criteria from different tab pages.

    If you select both event types and event type classes, the system does not determine the intersection of PLM documents that meet both these criteria, but the union of sets of the PLM documents.

  3. Choose Execute.

  4. The system displays a list of PLM documents that correspond to your selection criteria.

  5. If you want to use the Display PLM Document function to call a PLM document, double-click the corresponding PLM document in the displayed list.
