 Editing Limits

Use

On the Limits tab page, you can display and edit the amounts for various limit categories for a particular card.

Certain limit categories are assigned to each contract on the basis of the product .

The following standard limit categories can be assigned to card products:

  • Daily ATM limit (standard limit category BCA110 )

  • Daily POS limit (standard limit category BCA115 )

  • 7 day ATM/POS limit (standard limit category BCA120 )

  • Maximum load amount (standard limit category BCA130 )

  • Credit line for credit card (standard limit category BCA140 )

  • Bank-specific services – day (standard limit category BCA150)

  • Bank-specific services – month (standard limit category BCA160)

  • Limit offline (standard limit category BCA170 )

  • Interbank limit – day (standard limit category BCA180)

  • Interbank limit – month (standard limit category BCA190)

  • POS transactions (standard limit category BCA195 )

  • ATM transactions (standard limit category BCA196 )

The limits are dependent on the card product, and can be set in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) .

Prerequisites

You have maintained the limits in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Start of the navigation path Product Management Next navigation step Product Definition Next navigation step Card Products End of the navigation path .

Procedure

  1. In the Card Identification group box, check that you are editing the correct card.

  2. In the Standard Limits group box, check the limit amounts displayed and change these if necessary.

  3. Check the limit amounts displayed for the customer limit categories and change them if necessary.
