Order Status of Card Cancellation

A card cancellation can be processed using its methods. See the Methods section under Card Cancellation.

If processing is successful, the order status of the card cancellation can change. The following combinations of order status, release status and operation to be released describe the status of a card cancellation during processing.

You can see which operation can principally be selected as a release attribute on the basis of the Operation to Be Released indicator in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Start of the navigation path Order Management Next navigation step Basic Settings Configure Order Category End of the navigation path .

If the Operation to Be Released indicator is set, you can define reasons for release that comprise the selected operations as release attributes and result in card cancellations being placed in the release process. You do this in Customizing for Account Management under Start of the navigation path Order Management Next navigation step Card Cancellation Release Assign Release Object to Release Procedure End of the navigation path .
