Function documentationEditing of Object List for the Account Holder Change

You are in the transaction Change Account Holder on the Object List tab page. This screen displays the following data for the account holder change:

  • Order Number

  • Release Status

  • Order Status

  • Operation to Be Released

These details are for information purposes only and can only be changed by the system.

The Object List tab page also displays the methods that the system executes for an account holder change, according to the Execute Method indicator. These methods are mandatory, purely informative, or optional. The system executes the optional methods depending on whether the Execute Method indicator is set.

Note Note

Depending on the product selected in the contract and the functions used for the account, the system may change the list of business objects.

End of the note.

You can also change the payment advice (for example, the bank details) on the Object List tab page of a loan account.

Note Note

This is a change to the account master data. However, the system does not write this change to the account master data until you execute the order for the account holder change. If, for example, you have only saved the order for changes to the payment advice, the system continues to display the old details in the payment advice for the account master data.

End of the note.

Caution Caution

Note that orders (business objects) may already be in release during the account holder change for loan accounts. These orders need to be checked to see if they also need to be executed after the account holder change.

End of the caution.

The object list is relevant not only for dialog processing, but also for the following Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPI):

  • AccountHolderChange.CreateAndExecute

  • AccountHolderChange.ChangeAndExecute

  • AccountHolderChange.GetDetail

  • AccountHolderChange.GetObjectList

  • AccountHolderChange.GetOrdersByAccount

In Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM), you can define the user-friendly descriptions of the methods listed in the object list. Choose Start of the navigation path Order Management Next navigation step Account Order Next navigation step Account Holder Change Next navigation step Describe Method End of the navigation path.
