Display Manual Waiver group box
Unlike the automatic waiver, you can create manual waiver conditions only in the application in the order, not in condition editing in the contract. If you have created a manual waiver in the application, the system generates a condition in the financial conditions. You can display this condition in the Manual Waiver
group box.
Note
A waiver condition is a markup condition whose Replacement Category
value is W (Skip/Waiver). For more information, see Markup Condition.
The system can use a manual waiver condition as follows:
If you apply a manual waiver condition to a payment condition, the payment demand is skipped. The receivable then becomes due at a later time.
If you apply a manual waiver condition to a pricing condition, the price is waived fully.
The system only waives prices that have actually been incurred even if the waiver allows for a larger amount.
In Customizing for condition types in your application, you need to select the Allow Waiver
checkbox for the assigned amount category. You can select the checkbox for all condition types that do not have one of the following amount categories assigned to them:
In Customizing for payment conditions in your application, you need to select the Allow Disbursements
