Editing the Annuity Repayment Group Box
In the Annuity Repayment Interest
group box, on the Calculation
tab page, you edit the fields for a condition that belong to amount category 110030 Annuity Repayment
.
The annuity repayment depends on the entry of an annuity that represents the constant total from repayment and interest. The system calculates the interest that is accrued. The repayment share is the annuity less the interest amount.
You can make the following settings:
In the Condition Form
field, you can enter the use for the condition.
If you have assigned the date category 220020 (Clearing)
in condition type Customizing, you can enter the clearing type. By doing so, you define the time of repayment clearing with interest calculation capital. You can select the following values:
Immediate Clearing
Calculation Day Clearing
Period-End Clearing
Regular Clearing
Due-Date Clearing
If you select the Due-Date Related Calculation
checkbox, the system includes flow records whose due dates are in the calculation period due to shortened or extended periods. If these due dates are not in the calculation period, the system ignores these.
Enter an amount or a percentage rate.
The amount you enter is a constant total made up of the interest amount and the repayment amount. In time, the ratio of interest and repayment changes because the interest amount decreases and the repayment share increases.
If you enter an amount, enter a condition currency in the header data of the condition or a payment currency.
For more information about the dependencies of currencies in conditions, see Currencies in Conditions.
The percentage rate you enter is the initial annual repayment share. In connection with a nominal interest rate, an annuity that remains constant throughout the year is the result.
You can use the Pro Rata Calculation
field to control how the start period and end period are to be included in the calculation for shortened or extended periods.
The system determines a pro rata amount for the period. This is made up of the ratio of the actual period length in days to the theoretical period length in days. In the Interest Calculation Method
field, you determine how the length of a period is determined.
For more information, see Interest Calculation Method.
You can enter a payment currency that differs from the condition currency.
When you enter a payment currency, you can enter a fixed exchange rate that is used for the validity period of the condition.
You have defined an annuity repayment.
