Procedure

Check the Product and Card Pool Identification group boxes to ensure that you are editing the correct card pool and that your card pool is assigned to the correct product and product version.

Enter the required data.

When you edit the contract currency, note that this can only be changed according to the contract status and the Customizing settings for the external account identification.

In the Main Payment Details group box, you must enter an account holder if the payment details are external. To deactivate the account number check, set the Deactivate Check Digit Calculation indicator.

In the Main/Additional Card Pool group box, enter the card pool ranking. In the case of additional card pools, a reference is established from the external number of the main card pool. The table contains the most important data for the connected contracts for each of the cards belonging to the card pool.

In the General Data group box, you can group the card pools.

You can specify the description of the "Grouping Characteristic of Card Pool" field in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Contract Management → Card Pool → Define Grouping Description (Card/Card Pool).

If you set the Deactivate Check of Minimum Number of Participants indicator, the values set in the product are not checked.

Save your entries.
