Editing the Final Repayment Group Box
In the Final Repayment
group box on the Calculation
tab page, you edit the fields for a condition that belong to amount category 110010 Final Repayment
.
The final repayment is not dependent on the specification of an amount. It results in a total payment on the due date and consists of the remaining debt and the accrued interest.
You can make the following settings:
In the Condition Form
field, you can enter the use for the condition.
You can enter a payment currency that differs from the condition currency.
When you enter a payment currency, you can enter a fixed exchange rate that the system uses for the validity period of the condition.
For more information about the dependencies of currencies in conditions, see Currencies in Conditions.
Enter a payment rate.
The payment rate is an interest rate that the system multiplied with a previously determined condition amount. In a cash flow, it is not the condition amount that is displayed. Instead, the system displays the condition amount multiplied with the payment rate. The payment rate is necessary because exponential interest calculation leads to different results when the system applies a payment rate to a percentage rate or an amount.
You have defined a final repayment condition.
