If you want to calculate interest on arrears for the loan, you have defined the relevant condition groups on the SAP Easy Access screen under  Financial Services Account Management Current Settings Financial Conditions Condition Group Edit Condition Group (see condition group).

You have assigned a condition group type that you previously defined in Customizing under Maintain Condition Group Types to each condition group. You have defined the condition types, such as Interest on Arrears for Charge, in the condition group using the selection list. You have also defined the following values for the interest on arrears:

The system enters the condition types from the product in contract as standard conditions (see standard condition).
