Replacing Subvaluation Runs 

Use

In your productive system, it can be useful to replace individual subvaluation runs with a new version. This is the case if, for example, you expect a subvaluation run to generate incorrect results and would you therefore need to perform a mass correction. Once you have replaced a subvaluation run, you can cancel a large volume of data.

When you create a run, the system always uses the currently valid Customizing settings. This enables you to replace subvaluation runs with subvaluation runs with other Customizing settings.

 

Prerequisites

You have created at least one valuation run.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      On the SAP Easy Access screen choose Bank Analyzer ® Analytics ® Strategy Analyzer ® Run Administration ® Correct and Replace ® Replace the Subvaluation Run.

The system displays a selection screen.

       2.      Use the input help function to select the subvaluation run that you want to replace.

       3.      Choose  with the quick info Execute.

The system replaces the subvaluation run you selected with a new version.
