Weighted Evaluations

Use

This InfoCube contains the evaluation of a criterion with regard to a business transaction like a goods receipt or an invoice. This evaluation is updated from the ODS object 0SR_VE (vendor evaluation) in the InfoCube. Since, within vendor evaluation, criteria can be grouped and weighted, the weighted evaluation portions for the respective group level are updated in this InfoCube. These weighted evaluation portions result from the evaluation of the criterion. Consideration is given to the weightings on each weighting level. The weighting of each grouping level is also updated in the form of numerator and denominator.

The InfoCube therefore serves as data basis for all vendor evaluations on group level. The evaluations of the individual group levels are determined from the associated weighted evaluations. Besides the evaluations per grouping level, it is possible to use the InfoCube to evaluate the weightings of the individual group levels. In this way, it is possible to calculate a grouping evaluation in more transparent fashion.
