This variable refers to the InfoObject Vendor (0GN_VENDOR).

The variables are used to select a vendor with the master data text. To do this, you use the F4 search help on the selection screen. The variable is provided alongside the possibility to select a vendor via the local key (variable 0S_GNVEN).
