Web Template: Group Scores Level 2 

Technical Name: 0TPL_SR_VE_SCORES_LEV2

Use

This Web template displays the weighted group scores of the different vendors for all groups of grouping level 2.

The groups of level 2 are represented in a hierarchy with the superordinate groups of level 3. This way, you can examine evaluations of relevant groups more precisely and can hide irrelevant groups temporarily.     

You can use this report both in the operational procurement process (vendor selection in Sourcing, for example) and in the strategic procurement process (monitoring of vendor performance, for example).

Integration

The Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL (vendor evaluation) in the Sourcing Cockpit and Vendor List folders.

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR EVAL has to be activated.

If the Web template is called from Enterprise Buyer, context data like vendors, product categories, and products is transferred from the application (Sourcing, Create Purchase Order, for example). The reports contained in the Web templates are filtered using this context data.
