Web Template: Trend Comparison - Vendor List

Use

The strategic or operational purchaser can use this Web template to compare the average evaluation of a vendor with the average evaluation of all other vendors, for a selected criterion over a certain period of time. In addition, it shows the weighted total score of a vendor compared with the average total score of all other vendors. In this way, it is possible to identify the trend of the specified vendor with regard to the average.

The strategic or operational purchaser can use the trend comparison for vendor monitoring or for preparation of talks with vendors.

Integration

The Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL (Vendor Evaluation) in the Vendor List folder.

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR EVAL has to be activated.

Features

When you call the Web template, a dialog box appears. Here, you specify whether the evaluation is to occur in cross-system fashion, or for a certain system.

In the Web template, you can also use dropdown boxes to variably select the vendor and the criteria for which the graphics are to be created.
