Web Template: Performance Indicators

Technical Name: 0WEB_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL

Use

This Web template displays the key figures for performance of individual vendors, like the average delivery time variance or the number of perfect purchase orders, for example. It is drilled down according to vendor, category, and product.

You can call the Web template in Enterprise Buyer from the Sourcing and Create Purchase Order applications. The context data from the Enterprise Buyer application (potential vendors, product categories, and products) is used to filter the report data. You can then use the filtered vendor evaluation data to select a suitable vendor.

Integration

The Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_BBP_APPL_CONTEXT (Reports for Enterprise Buyer in Application Context).

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_BBP_APPL_CONTEXT has to be activated.

Features

You can use the checkboxes in the navigation bar to include purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, and quarters in the drilldown.

From the Web template Performance Indicators, you can branch to the following vendor evaluation Web templates:

·        Vendor Comparison (Manual Evaluation) (0TPL_SR_VE_SCORES)

·        Vendor Information (0WEB_SRM_VENDOR_INFO_SC)

If you call the Web template from Enterprise Buyer, context data like vendors, product categories, and products is transferred from the application (Sourcing, Create Purchase Order, for example). The reports contained in the Web templates are filtered using this context data.
