When you call this Web template, the system displays a variable selection screen that you can use to restrict the records displayed. On the screen, you can select any key fields of a rating, including time frame, product category, product, criterion, event, and so on. Enter values in one or more fields. This provides you with a clear overview of results and helps to keep response time low. If you do not make any restrictions, the system displays the entire contents of the InfoCube.
After you have entered the variables, the individual rating records from the InfoCube are displayed from Customizing, sorted according to weighting key and grouping. The totals lines show the average of all ratings for a criterion and explain the first phase of score calculation. You can use the magnifying glass icon adjacent to a score in the totals line to display the next calculation step for the selected level.
In the next report, the intermediate result is combined with other intermediate results in the next calculation step. The result of this step is in turn displayed as a totals line and it is again possible to use the magnifying glass icon to branch to the third and final calculation step. The totals line displayed here represents the final score for a vendor on the selected level.
A text at the top of the screen explains the formula used and the steps required to calculate the score. Using the relevant pushbuttons, you can print these reports, download them to Excel, or send them via e-mail.
