Process documentation Broadcast Setting Creation Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

The Broadcast Setting Creation IT process allows you to distribute BI objects in the required format to the required recipients at the required time or event using various distribution types (e-mail, portal, alert framework...).

The broadcasting wizard is available to information consumers and supports them in making the required settings by providing step-by-step instructions. Business experts can call the BEx Broadcaster from the design tools of the Business Explorer to distribute BI objects that they have defined. Business experts can use the BEx Broadcaster in various ways. Among other things, administrators use the BEx Broadcaster for the master data-based distribution of BI content, for example, the mass distribution of BI content by e-mail.
