Web Template: Analysis Report: Vendor
Evaluation Cube Contents
Technical Name: 0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_1
This Web template is used in conjunction with connected Web templates to analyze the Cube contents. You can use it to analyze the calculation of numerators and denominators, and the score per record. As well as displaying numerators and denominators defined for a criterion in weighting Customizing, the Web template displays the average rating from the questionnaires.
You should use the Web template during implementation of vendor evaluation to familiarize yourself with the scoring system. You can use it to check the contents of the InfoCube and the updating of data to the InfoCube.
This Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL (Vendor Evaluation) in the Sourcing Cockpit folder.
The following Web templates can be navigated to from Web template Analysis Report: Vendor Evaluation Cube Contents:
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Total Numerator (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V009_1)
You can use this to analyze the calculation of the total numerator for a selected record.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Numerator Level 3 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V008_1)
You can use this to analyze the calculation of the numerator on level 3 for a selected record.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Numerator Level 2 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V007_1)
You can use this to analyze the calculation of the numerator on level 2 for a selected record.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Numerator Level 1 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V006_1)
You can use this to analyze the calculation of the numerator on level 1 for a selected record.
· Analysis Report: All Ratings for Criterion (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V005_1)
You can use this to analyze which ratings were used in the average rating.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Score Level 1 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V004_1)
You can use this to analyze the score calculation of numerators and denominators of level 1.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Score Level 2 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V003_1)
You can use this to analyze the score calculation of numerators and denominators of level 2.
· Analysis Report: Calculation of Score Level 3 (0TPL_SR_VE_C1_Q013_V002_1)
You can use this to analyze the score calculation of numerators and denominators of level 3.
The role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL has to be activated. In addition, the targets of the following queries have to be active:0SR_VE_C1_Q013 0SR_VE_C1_Q014 0SR_VE_C1_Q015
When you call this Web template, the system displays a variable selection screen that you can use to restrict the number of records displayed. On the screen, you can select any key fields of a rating, including time frame, product category, product, criterion, event, and so on. Enter values in one or more fields. This provides you with a clear overview of results and helps to keep response time low. If you do not make any restrictions, the system displays the entire contents of the InfoCube.
After you have entered the variables, the records from the InfoCube are displayed from Customizing, sorted according to weighting key and grouping. You can also check the calculation on a certain weighting level using the targets listed under Further Analyses. You can branch to calculation of the total score and calculation of the scores on levels 1, 2, and 3, for example. (See above.)
Whereas the initial screen displays the numerators and denominators for all grouping levels, on the Further Analyses screens, display is restricted to the relevant fields. A text at the top of the screen explains the formula used to calculate the score.
On both the initial screen and also on the Further Analyses screens, you can display the calculation of a key figure by clicking on the adjacent magnifying glass icon. You can use the Web template All Ratings for Criterion to determine how the average score was calculated. You can branch from the numerators on the various levels to a further report that explains the calculation of these numerators using the definitions in weighting Customizing.
Using the relevant pushbuttons, you can print these reports, download them to Excel, or send them via e-mail.
