Technical Name: 0TPL_SR_VE_TOPVENDORS

Use

The strategic purchaser can use this Web template to display the 20 best and 20 worst vendors using the weighted total score.

For example, you can use the Web template to gain a basic overview of vendors.

Integration

The Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR_EVAL (vendor evaluation) in the Strategic Procurement folder and the role SAP_BW_SRM_STRAT_PURCHASER (strategic purchaser) in the Vendor Evaluation folder.

Prerequisites

The roles SAP_BW_SRM_VENDOR EVAL and SAP_BW_STRAT_PURCHASER have to be activated.

Features

When you call the Web template, a dialog box appears. Here, you specify whether the evaluation is to occur in cross-system fashion, or for a certain system.

In the Web template Top 20 Vendors, under Further Analyses, you can branch to the following vendor evaluation Web templates:

·        Vendor Portfolio (0TPL_SR_VE_PORTFOLIO)

·        Vendor Profile (0TPL_SR_VE_PROFILE)
