The InfoSource supplies the percentage distributions from appropriation requests. The values of appropriation requests can be distributed proportionally to requesting organizational units, the reason for investment, and the reason for environmental investment.

This information is temporarily stored in the PSA and analyzed in the update rules (for InfoCube 0IMFA_1) of InfoSources for the appropriation requests.

Before you load the InfoSources for the appropriation requests, you must load the data for the InfoSources to the PSA system. Follow these steps:

1. In the initial screen of the Administrator Workbench, choose the InfoSources tab page .
2. Choose Investment Management ® Investment Management - general ® Appropriation request assignment to reach a system selection.
3. Choose the system you want using the icon. You reach the Maintain transfer rules for communication structure screen.
4. Choose the Transfer method tab page .
5. Choose the TRFC with PSA radio button .
6. In the InfoPackage, choose the Data trgt tab page and choose the PSA only radio button .
