Configuring the Crystal Enterprise Server
Entry Point 
This configuration step is part of the integration of Crystal Enterprise reports in the portal.
You integrated an appropriate SAP System in the portal system landscape and defined a system alias.

Wizard.
· Choose System Administration ® System Configuration ® System Landscape.
· Open folder Portal Content in the Portal Catalog.
· Select the required system and go to edit mode for this object by clicking with the secondary mouse button.
· In the dropdown box Property Category, select the entry Crystal Enterprise Server.
· Edit the following parameters:
Host Name
of the Crystal Enterprise Server:
Enter the Crystal Enterprise server as a fully qualified host name with the
port number.
Example: Crystal001.crystald.net:1080
Path of
the Crystal Enterprise Server:
Enter the path to the display application you want to use for this system
(JSP/CSP).
Example: /crystal/enterprise10/sap

The parameter value must begin with a slash “/”, but end without a slash.
Log of the Crystal Enterprise Server:
Enter the log used for the display application.
All of these settings are used like a template for all the iViews running on this system. You can select different predefined settings for different systems, for example:
- Different Crystal Enterprise servers per system / system alias
- Different display applications per system / system alias
