Enabling Drag&Relate

Prerequisites

Write permission for portal iViews based on business objects.

Ordinary URL iViews, such as the kind that access a Web site, can have Drag&Relate capabilities if they are defined as Web target iViews.

Procedure

To assign Drag&Relate capability to an iView:

       1.      In the Portal Catalog, right-click the iView you want to convert to a Drag&Relate-enabled object, and choose Open ® Object.

       2.      In the Property Editor scroll through the iView properties until you find the Drag&RelateTarget property.

       3.      Change the value of the Drag&Relate Target property to 1 and click Save.
