Determining Settings
In the Web Application Designer or the Web application wizard, you can determine and save general settings. You can select a stylesheet that is to be used to display your Web application by default and you can also determine the path for the Web browser and the HTML editor. You can also delete the cache in which metadata information pertaining to a session is saved. You reach the dialog for making general settings in the Web Application Designer through Tools ® Settings.... In the Web application wizard you make general settings in the Save Web Template window using the Settings pushbutton. If you want to save your general settings, mark the relevant checkbox in the Settings dialog box.

· Stylesheet
· You are able to change the stylesheet for all Web templates in the Business Information Warehouse Implementation Guide (IMG) under SAP NetWeaver ® SAP Business Information Warehouse ®Reporting-relevant Settings ®BEx Web ® Determine Settings for Web Templates.
· You can determine another stylesheet for each Web template separately and independently of the general settings that you set in the Business Information Warehouse IMG and in the Web Application Designer. See Web Templates Properties.
· If you do not make separate settings, the system uses the general settings.
· Cache
· During a session in the Web Application Designer metadata information is saved in a cache. If changes are made to the data provider by another user in the mean time, these changes are not immediately visible in the Web Application Designer. Above all this affects:
· Changes to Web Application query views
· Changes to the query by another user
· It makes sense in these instances to delete the cache.
· For more information, see SAP note 629065.
