Headerless Navigation
You can determine where and how content is displayed during portal navigation by configuring an iView’s or page’s Launch in New Window property. One of the options is to open a separate headerless portal window. In this headerless page you can perform the tasks that the displayed application allows, and then return to the main page; you do not navigate from the page.
The headerless window provides a navigation panel, but not the page title bar nor any of the navigation elements in the header area. Although the navigation panel does not contain a DTN iView, it can display related links and dynamic navigation.
Headerless navigation is implemented in the headerless default framework page, which is a copy of the default framework page. The page is not displayed in the Portal Catalog and has no editable properties.
Currently the headerless navigation mode is available only to iViews and pages.
