Logging on as a Tenant User
Tenant users (administrators and business users) log on to the portal using a URL specific to their tenant. This URL consists of the standard portal URL followed by the portal URL alias of the tenant. The portal URL alias is defined by the super administrator when the tenant is created (see Creating a Portal Tenant).
...
1. As tenant user, launch the tenant-specific portal URL provided to you by your portal administrator.

For example, if the portal URL alias for a tenant is portal/tenantcompanyA and the portal runs on http://myserver.mydomain:50000/irj, the URL which users of that tenant use to log on to the multitenant portal is:
http://myserver.mydomain:50000/irj/portal/ tenantcompanyA
2. In the portal logon screen, enter your user name and password.
3. Click Log on.
The tenant name is automatically prefixed to your user ID.
Alternatively, a tenant can log on the portal using the base portal URL (for example: http://myserver.mydomain:50000/irj/portal/), and then enter the tenant name as a prefix in the User ID field in the logon screen; for example: TenantA\smithj.
