Link Consistency Report 

Use

With this report you can find defective links. You can delete the defective links if desired.

 

Features

The system checks whether the target object exists for internal links, that is links to objects in KM repositories. External links are not checked.

You can make the following settings for this report.

Scope

Property	Description
Location	You can restrict the report to certain repositories or folders (including all subordinate folders). Specify all repositories and folders that are to be searched.
Maximum Number of Results	The system terminates the search when it has found the corresponding number of objects.

 

Instructions

You can define that the system should delete all defective links that it finds.
