Database Object 

The SQL syntax elements for Oracle Version 7 and MaxDB in ORACLE SQL mode differ with regard to the definition of possible database objects, among other things.

The following database objects are not supported by MaxDB:

·        Clusters

·        Database links

·        Package

·        Profiles

·        Rollback segments

·        Snapshots

·        Snapshot log

·        Tablespace

The following database object is supported by MaxDB, but uses a different syntax than Oracle:
