Commands
Command |
Description |
Scheduler Command |
Normally, the system executes scheduler tasks at regular intervals, which switch the documents to visible or invisible (the default setting is every 15 minutes). This command allows you to force the system to execute these tasks immediately.
|
In the Valid From and Valid To columns, you can see the information that is set in the properties for the respective documents.
The checkboxes in the Visible and Invisible columns tell you whether the system has switched the documents to visible or invisible:
· Visible: This checkbox is selected if a scheduler task has switched the document to Visible in the past.
· Invisible: This checkbox is selected if a scheduler task has switched the document to Invisible in the past.

If the Visible checkbox is active, this does not necessarily mean that the document is still visible. It is possible that a second scheduler task has subsequently switched the document back to Invisible. In this case, both checkboxes are selected.
If you have the impression that documents are already visible that should not yet be visible, choose a time in the future for the Valid From Earlier Than parameter. If the checkbox in the Visible column is not selected, the scheduler has not yet switched the document to visible. If you can still see the document, this could be because you have write permissions for it, for example.
