Location

You can restrict the report to certain repositories or folders (including all subordinate folders). Specify all repositories and folders that are to be searched.

Maximum Number of Results

The system terminates the search when it has found the corresponding number of objects.

Parameters

Description

Created By

Name of the user that created the object.

Modified By

Name of the user that last changed the object.

Filter by Modification Date

Specifies whether the search is restricted to objects last changed after a certain time (see the parameter Modified Since).

Modified Since

Date and time after which objects that have been modified should be taken into account.

Minimum Size

Minimum size of an object, in bytes.

Maximum Size

Maximum size of an object, in bytes.

Access Path Pattern

Pattern for the path in the repository to which objects should correspond.

You can use the following placeholders:

? : Any character

* : Any character string, but without a forward slash (/). An asterisk replaces a maximum of one level in the path (name of repository, name of folder, or name of document).

** : Any character string including a forward slash (/).
Two asterisks replace any number of levels in the path.

Examples:

/documents/**/Minutes/**
finds all objects in the documents repository that are located in the folder with the name Minutes and in all subordinate folders.

/documents/*/Minutes/**
There can only be one level in the path between documents and Minutes.

**.zip
finds all files with the file name extension .zip in all repositories.

You do not need to specify the path that you already defined on the tab Scope in this field.

Include Files

Specifies whether documents are to be searched.

Include Folders

Specifies whether folders are to be searched.

List Matching Items

Specifies whether the system is to display a list of all documents and folders found in the report results.
