Use

You can delete one or more eCATT logs, either manually or automatically. Logs are deleted automatically in a background process when their expiry date is reached.

For more information, see Archive Administration (transaction SARA). The relevant object name is ECATT_LOG.

Procedure

Deleting Logs Manually

       1.      On the Extended Computer Aided Test Tool: Initial Screen screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The eCATT Log Selection screen is displayed.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

A list of all logs that satisfy the selection criteria is displayed.

       3.      Select the rows containing the logs that you want to delete.

       4.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Deleting Logs Automatically

...

       1.      On the Extended Computer Aided Test Tool: Initial Screen screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The eCATT Log Selection screen appears.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

A list of all the logs that satisfy the selection criteria is displayed.

       3.      Select the rows containing the logs that you want to delete.

A dialog box appears.

       5.      In the Expiry date field, enter the expiry date.

       6.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
