Use

This screen provides essential functions for controlling the update and for displaying update records. These functions can be used when the update system is being monitored.

Prerequisites

You are in Update Program Administration (transaction SM14) and the tab page Update is open.

Features and Activities

In this screen, you can:

If the update is not active, the fields Status, Server, User and Time show the following detailed information: who deactivated the update (the system in response to a database problem, or a user), from which server the update was deactivated, by whom (user) and when.

When the update is active, the fields Server, User and Time do not appear.

In contrast to choosing and displaying updates, time and user do not need to be selected when canceled update records are displayed. All canceled update records in the system are displayed.
