Use

The function Complete Test allows you to test all the settings made. In this way, you can check whether the individual settings are compatible and whether the worklists generated for each planning folder are the desired ones.

Features

The test result essentially provides an overview of the following:

·        Available Responsibilities

·        Planning folders with worklists

Available Responsibilities

The variables entered under Origin of Responsibilities and the Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) are analyzed and listed for the user logged on.

Planning Folders

The planning object and the worklist are executed for each planning folder.

A planning object is the combination of all characteristics in the header of the planning layout that are at the lowest level of the hierarchy that you specified (see Specifying Hierarchies).

The individual planning tasks for the planner logged on are executed under Worklist. The combination of characteristic values - depending on the responsibilities of the planner logged on - are listed for each task. The data for the planning task in the header of the planning layout are also listed.
