Use

This characteristic is used as a unique label for metrics in supplier delivery performance ratings (SDPR). A metric is a performance indicator for a given aspect of a supplier’s delivery performance. Metrics are divided up into two categories: Communication, and Delivery.

In SDPR, you can specify which metrics should be used, which calculations these should be based on, and what contribution they make to the overall SDPR rating of a supplier.
