Use

This planning level supports you in planning on the customer level Account Groups. The plan values are assigned to the subsequent level Accounts. You can view this assignment in overview layouts.

Indicators and Characteristics

The planning level Accounts Overview (4TPM8180) contains largely the same characteristics as the planning level Account Groups (4TPM8170). It contains the additional characteristic BP Group Level 3 (0BP_GRP_A03), but does not contain the characteristic Posting Period (0FISCPER3).

The planning level contains largely the same key figures as the planning level Account Groups (4TPM8170). Only the key figures Revenue (0COPAREVEN) and Internal Allocation Value (0INT_VALUE) are not contained on this planning level.

Planning Layouts

Account Managers and Sales Managers can use the planning layouts AC: Overview Net Revenue Acc. (4TPM8181) and SM: Overview Net Revenue Acc. (4TPM8184) to see how net revenue is assigned to the subsequent relevant customer level, and they can adjust planning where necessary.

The planning layouts also contain the key figure Net Revenue as well as the characteristics CRM Plan Version, Version, Fiscal Year and Value Type in the data columns. The key column consists of the product-based characteristics Category, Subcategory, Product Segment, Product Subsegment and Article Group, as well as the characteristics Sales Unit and BP Group Level 3. The characteristic Sales Unit exactly defines the desired sales unit of a product. This is necessary because various sales units are possible for each selected product. The remaining characteristics are found in the planning layout header.

For the planning layout SM: Overview Net Revenue Acc. (4TPM8184), the configuration of the data columns differs only in the version (10).

Account Managers and Sales Managers can use the planning layouts AC: Overview Quantity Acc. (4TPM8182) and SM: Overview Quantity Acc. (4TPM8183) to see how the billing quantity is assigned to the subsequent relevant customer level, and they can adjust planning where necessary. The structure of the planning layouts is similar to the aforementioned planning layouts for planning the net revenue.   The only difference is that you use the key figure Billing Document Quantity in Sales Unit of Measure (0INV_QTY) instead of the key figure Net Revenue (0COPANETRV).

As well as the planning layouts mentioned, you can use enhanced planning layouts. The product levels in the enhanced planning layouts are arranged hierarchically and can be enhanced. The business partners are hidden in rows and can also be enhanced.

Planning Functions

The planning function Assignment AccGrp. (2) to Acc. (3) (4TPM8181) assigns the manually planned conditions of the customer level Account Group to the subsequent customer level Accounts. The planning function is of the type Assign with Reference Data and uses the previous year’s actual net revenue as a reference.
