External Training Provider (Infotype 5043) 

Definition

Infotype that enables you to flag a company as an external training provider.

Use

In SAP Learning Solution, you use this infotype to indicate that a company is an external training provider. By specifying a unique key from the database of the external training provider, you provide the technical parameters for the connection to the external training provider.

To set up an external training provider, in Customizing for SAP Learning Solution choose Training Management ® Course Preparation ® Training Provider ® External Training Provider ® Specify External Training Provider.

Structure

You can assign a key to the external training provider indicator (LSPKEY) for each company. This indicator specifies which table entry in the External Learning Service Provider table (view V_LSOLSPPAR) contains the technical settings for the company connection.
