Object documentation Displaying/Changing Objects  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Definition

This function lets you display and change the objects used in Training Management.

Prerequisites

The object you want to display must exist in the system. In other words, it must have at least the Object infotype (1000) created for it.

Procedure

Enter the object that you want to display or change:

  1. Go to the initial screen for data maintenance or select the required object in a dynamic menu where maintenance of the object is allowed (participant maintenance in the dynamic Participation menu) and choose the required editing mode:

The object’s data screen is displayed with the infotypes that have been maintained.

A list of the infotypes that can be maintained for the object is displayed.

Note

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text is displayed beside infotypes that have already been stored for the object.

There are two change options:

You can change an infotype. To do so, select the infotype and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You can create a new infotype for the object. To do so, select the infotype and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The infotype data screen appears where you can enter data as required.

Result

You have changed or displayed the object data.
