Note About Request-Based
Correspondence
If errors occur when outputting correspondence requests, the system transfers the incorrect correspondence requests to the permanent worklist. You can process them there.

Note that it takes some time before such content appears in the permanent worklist.
Request-based correspondencehas a conflict resolution function, which serves to prevent certain constellations when correspondence requests are sent.

A learner makes a booking for the course English for Beginners in the learning portal. This triggers certain processes in the system:
...
1. The administrator changes the correspondence request for booking confirmation since the document should not be sent to the learner’s permanent address but to a different one, which is also stored in the system.
2. The manager cancels the learner’s booking for the course since the date is not suitable. Automatic correspondence sends the cancellation confirmation automatically.
3. After changing the request, the administrator sends the booking confirmation manually, which makes no sense in this case.
Solution
Conflict resolution of request-based correspondence suppresses dispatch of the booking confirmation.
