Stopmark Manager
You can use the stopmark manager in request-based correspondence for both automatic and manual correspondence. This user-dependent function enables you to set and manage stopmarks for correspondence requests. You set stopmarks in the system for selected conditions in order to halt and check the correspondence process. Correspondence requests (such as confirmations of booking or participation) containing stopmarks are transferred to the permanent correspondence worklist. The correspondence administrator can check, review, and then output the documents.

You want to specify that all booking confirmations for the course English for Beginners that are addressed to the manger should first be reviewed by the administrator before being output. Booking confirmations to learners should be output without review, however.
The training administrator can access the stopmark manager in the SAP Learning Solution menu to set stopmarks for the course English for Beginners and the recipient role manager.
The correspondence administrator can review the relevant correspondence requests in the worklist and then output them. Requests that are not to be output can be deleted. The system outputs the remaining error-free correspondence requests to the learners.
