Use

The call-off documentation lists all of the call-offs available for a contract by item.

Procedure

  1. Display a purchase contract.
  2. Select an item in the item overview and choose Item ® Statistics ® Release order docu.. The system displays a list of the call-offs available for the item.
  3. Position the cursor on a purchase order number to display the purchase order and choose Environment ® Display document.
  4. Go back to leave the display screen.
