Use

This report lets you display the total number of lunches provided by a service per lunch period in a given period.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Standard Menu, choose Office ® Catering. The Services: Initial Screen appears.
  2. Enter the date. You have two options.
    1. If you want to display the rooms reserved on a specific day, enter the start date. You do not need to enter an end date in this case.
    2. If you want to display the lunch totals within a particular period, enter both a start and an end date.
  3. Enter the Service.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Lunch.

Result

A list appears showing the number of internal and external lunches as well as the total number of lunches per lunch period supplied by the service on each day of the business event.
